1. What brands do you accept? What styles and shapes?


A: Most of the Boutique Top Designer brands such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Loewe, Ferragamo, Aigner and etc... All kind of styles and shapes. Younger ones prefer larger size bag, while working class prefer classic and executive looks.

2. What are your criteria for assessing the worth of the bag? Damage? Material? Year it was made?

A: Firstly the bags must be Authentic and bought directly from boutique shop with supporting documents if possible. Secondly is the customer's demand for the brand and model type. Material and condition do affect the resale price.

3. How much are second hand designer bags worth? What is the average range?

A: Depending on the brands, condition, model, duration, it may vary between 40 ~ 80% of boutique price. On average it can range from $400 ~ $1,500.

4. Which brands and styles are the more expensive (resale value)?

A: Hermes brand in Birkin Bag as this bag is 3 years waiting list in the boutique and those of leather material made and Exclusive Brands will fetch a higher resale value.

5. Which brands and styles are the cheaper (resale value)?

A: Ferragamo, Bally and Aigner are of the less demand brands.

6. What criteria make a bag more expensive? (Newer, older, material, etc)?

A: Limited collection, Latest design and in New condition give the bag a better value.

7. What if someone brought in a vintage bag from the 50s? Would that be more expensive if it was well taken care of?

A: It depends on the Design and Model, for example Chanel 255 which is more than 10 years is still evergreen.

8. How much return on investment do you think consumers actually get when they invest in a bag? (Can be in percentage, 50 per cent, 40 per cent?)

A: Depending on the brand, model and conditions, it can range from 30 to 70%.
